Being young means we don't need to worry about our health.  Doesn't it?

Giving yourself the best start in life will give you the best future.  You are never too young to start living a healthy lifestyle and making choices that can have a positive affect on your health.  Your health includes many things, not just how you feel physically.  It also includes your general wellbeing and mental health and this can be tricky with exam pressure, job pressures and relationship pressures.

Being healthy isn't just about exercise and eating the right food, it is also about limiting your alcohol intake, not smoking, protecting yourself and others against sexually transmitted infection and talking to people about how you feel.

Where you live there are a number of organisations that can help you to make the right choices about your health and will support you with the changes you might have to make.
