Please read these terms and conditions
Anyone who wishes to register to use this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be reviewed and updated at anytime, if you're unsure about what you can do always check this section of the website.
General
- To be able to make comments on the Review pages of the INQ website or upload submissions you must first register onto the site. This is so we know who is using the site and so that our moderators (people supervising the site) can control what information is being put onto the website.
- Any comments you make on any of the Review pages, or anything that you upload onto the website, must not offend or upset anyone. Therefore you cannot submit material or comments that are pornographic, involve threats of violence or encourage illegal acts, racial or religious hatred or discrimination of any kind. The moderators checking your content will delete anything inappropriate. If you do send a comment or upload submissions which are considered to be inappropriate, your name will be removed from the register and you will not be able to make any further comments or upload further material on the website.
- If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the website or trying to annoy other users, you may have action taken against your accounts. Again, any material you post will not be included on the website.
- Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited and will not get past the moderator.
- No spamming or off-topic material is allowed. Please do not resubmit the same comments many times or off-topic material in subject specific areas.
- No advertising or promotion of irrelevant websites or services is allowed.
- Contributions must be in English – we do not have the resources to moderate comments in other languages.
- No impersonation (pretending to be someone else) is allowed – although anonymous comments are accepted, it is not acceptable to pretend to be another person.
- Make sure you have the permission of other people who may appear in your photographs or music material.
- In order to register for INQ, you will need to complete the registration form. This information will be held on a database so we can see who is using the site.
- Any information provided will not be used for marketing or focus groups unless you have marked the tick box on the registration form.
- Never agree to meet anybody from the site – they may not be who they say they are – this is one of the reasons we have moderators checking all your comments.
- You are recommended to choose a user name which is different from your name; this is to protect your identity whilst using the site.
- Never give out personal information about yourself or anyone else, e.g. telephone / mobile number, home address, email address and full name.

Uploading music, photographs, graphics, audio etc.
- We have moderators checking what music and other submissions are going onto the site. Therefore, if your submissions contain anything inappropriate (eg explicit lyrics or images) they will not be put onto our website and your name will be removed from the register so you will not be able to make any further comments / contributions to the website.
- Any submissions (eg music tracks) that you upload must be your own material. You must not upload another band's music on this site. If you try and upload a cover version of a song by a well-known band or artist onto the site, it will not be uploaded.
